TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Royal Waterproofing & Contracting Ltd. (“Royal Waterproofing”, “we”, “us”) and your relationship with us. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
Services
- Royal Waterproofing provides waterproofing and contracting services as agreed upon in project proposals submitted to you (“Client”). Services will be tailored to your specific requirements.
Quotes and Estimates
- Quotes and estimates provided by Royal Waterproofing are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, material price fluctuations, or alterations to project scope. Should this occur, we will provide a revised quote for your approval.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of [percentage] is required to initiate a project.
- Progress payments will be due as outlined in your project proposal.
- Final payment is due upon project completion.

- Late payments may incur a fee of [percentage] per [time period].
Workmanship Warranty
- Royal Waterproofing provides a 25 warranty on workmanship. This covers defects in materials or installation within the warranty period.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect, or acts of nature.
Change Orders
- Any changes to the agreed-upon project scope must be submitted in writing and may incur additional costs. We will provide an updated quote for your consideration.
Site Access and Preparation
- The Client is responsible for ensuring the job site is accessible and prepared as needed for work to commence. It will be discussed with the client.
- Royal Waterproofing is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by unprepared or inaccessible work sites.
Insurance
- Royal Waterproofing maintains liability insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
- Clients are recommended to maintain appropriate property insurance.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract with [?] days written notice.
- In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for any costs incurred by Royal Waterproofing up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
- Royal Waterproofing liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party claims.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, [mediation/arbitration/other method] will be employed.
